Shake Shack in Nashville is officially open today, Aug 23, at Hill Center Nashville, 4031 Hillsboro Road. Shake Shack opens at 11am on the 23rd. Be there early on Thursday as the first 100 guests receive a bouquet of flowers from Amelia’s Flower truck. The 4,000-square foot Shack features a large outdoor patio and seating for more than 200 guests. In keeping with Shake Shack’s commitment to green architecture and eco-friendly construction, the Green Hills Shack’s tabletops will be made by CounterEvolution using reclaimed bowling alley lanes; chairs will be designed by Uhuru using sustainable materials; and booths will be crafted by Staach using lumber certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

If you’ve never been to a Shake Shack here are five reasons why we’re excited to have one nearby.

1. Nashville Flair

The Green Hills Shack has partnered with local purveyors for a few of their custard flavors to offer a real Nashville flavor.

Pie Oh My: Vanilla custard with a slice of Little Moskos seasonal pie

Caramel Bourbon Twist: Vanilla custard with Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Co. Bourbon Nib Brittle, chocolate sprinkles and salted caramel sauce

Music City Mallow: Chocolate custard with marshmallow fluff, speculoos cookie crumbles and salted caramel sauce

The menu will also feature a Nashville-exclusive Burger in collaboration with local favorite, Peg Leg Porker. The Crackle Shack Cheeseburger features a cheeseburger topped with Peg Leg Porker’s seasoned cracklins and ShackSauce.

2.Wine/Beer

Guests can wash their burgers down with local brews from Yazoo Brewing Company, Jackalope Brewing Company, The Black Abbey Brewing Company and the Tailgate Brewery plus Shake Shack’s exclusive Brooklyn Brewery ShackMeister® Ale. Wine lovers can enjoy a glass of Shack RedTM and Shack WhiteTM wine from the Gotham Project.

3.Crinkle Fries

It’s a modern day “roadside” burger stand known for its 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers, chicken sandwiches and griddled flat-top dogs (no hormones or antibiotics – ever), fresh-made frozen custard, crispy crinkle cut fries and more. A fun and lively community gathering place with widespread appeal, Shake Shack has earned a cult-like following around the world.

4.SS Gives Back to Local Community

As part of Shake Shack’s mission to Stand For Something Good®, The  Green Hills Shack will donate all proceeds from soft opening, as well 5% of sales from the Pie Oh My concrete throughout the life of the shack, to Room in the Inn, an organization that provides programs emphasizing human development and recovery through education, self-help and work, centered in community and long-term support for those who call the streets of Nashville home.

5.Don’t Miss the Dog Menu

With two items on their Dog Menu, your furry friend isn’t forgotten at Shack Shake. First, a Poochini- ShackBurger® dog biscuits, peanut butter sauce and vanilla custard. Includes dairy, sugar and nut products. Not intended for small dogs. Or try the Bag O’ Bones- 5 ShackBurger® dog biscuits made just for Shake Shack by NYC’s Bocce’s Bakery.

Shack Shake is open 11am-11pm 7 days a week.
