1

Would you advise people to Buy, Sell or Hold on the stocks right now?
Buy. Buy. Buy. You can’t time the market. If your financial goals are long-term, your buying needs to be long-term and you can’t worry about short-term fluctuations. If your financial goals are short-term, you shouldn’t own stocks –you shouldn’t be taking that much risk. Your financial plan needs to drive your purchases, not vice versa.

2

What is causing all of the volatility in the markets right now?

There are two main reasons:
1. China – The manipulation from the Chinese government. Not allowing the market to run freely creates distrust.

2. Lack of confidence – People lose faith in the Chinese market.

3

How do I know if my financial plan can take market corrections like this into account?
The key to a solid plan is time, non-correlating assets and tax efficiencies.

4

If I’ve lost my stomach for stock right now, what are my other options?
If that’s the case, there are other choices for you to consider. Some options include mutual funds, bonds, real estate and commodities.

5

Why should I be optimistic?
What goes down, must go up.
