5 Outdoor Summer Concert Series in Williamson County

It doesn’t get much better than music outdoors on a summer evening.

Take advantage of these outdoor concert series in Williamson County.

Brentwood Summer Concert Series:

Returning appearances include the Nashville Symphony, The South Street Players, WannaBeatles and the annual Fourth of July celebration headlined by the Kadillacs.

New to the concert series this year is 7 Bridges: the Ultimate Eagles Experience, a cover band of the popular American rock band of the same name. The band is based in Nashville.

Groove Addiction makes its first appearance at Crockett Park, claiming a wide range of genres that include “80s/90s & Retro, Motown/Soul/Variety, Rock/Classic Rock.” The five-piece band is also Nashville-natives.

Finally, closing this year’s series is the Michael Jackson Tribute band Who’s Bad. The band’s website claims the group is the longest running Michael Jackson tribute act, playing the performer’s hits for the last 10 years.

All concerts are located at the Eddy Arnold Amphitheater at Crockett Park. Music starts at 7 p.m.

2. Carnton Sunset Concert Series

Gates open at 4:30 pm., the concerts are from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and are held on the east lawn next to the house. Parking is free. Restrooms are on-site.Food and drinks are available for purchase or attendees may bring their own (including alcohol). No tents, grills or pets are allowed.

Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the concert.

COST: Adults are $10 in advance and $12 at the gate for each concert

Children (ages 6-12) are $5 in advance or at the gate for each concert

3arrington vineyardMusic in the Vines at Arrington Vineyards
Arrington Vineyards hosts Music in the Vines every year from April through December. From May through December the events are every Friday 5-9pm, Saturday 5-9pm and Sunday 2-6pm.Music in the Vines is a live outdoor jazz event featuring local groups in their vineyard courtyard. During the evening guests can also enjoy a complimentary wine tasting.

4. Owl’s Hill Music in the Meadow
Pack a summer picnic, gather friends and family, and head to Owl’s Hill for an evening of fun, friends and music. Arrive early to stake out the perfect picnic spot, meet Owl’s Hill’s non-releasable live owls and go for a hike. Gates open at 5:30p and music begins at 7p.

COST: $20/person
$75/car (6 people max per car)
$250/car for four part series

5. Beatles Cover Band at Mellow Mushroom
Mellow Mushroom in Historic Downtown Franklin, hosts SixtyFour, a Beatles Cover Band, on the second Saturday of every month through October. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and to arrive early. No coolers or food are allowed.
