5 Farmer’s Markets in Williamson County to Visit

Beginning May 2nd, local farmer’s markets are opening in Williamson County. Here are 5 great markets in town where you can find everything from fresh produce to handmade items.

1. Franklin Farmer’s Market
Location: The Factory at Franklin, 230 Franklin Road
Begins Saturday, May 2nd  and runs through Oct 31st
Hours: 8a-1p every Saturday
Shoppers will see 100+ vendors and enjoy special events, such as: Strawberry Festival on May 16th, Tomato Festival on July 18th and Watermelon Festival on Aug 22nd.

2. Nolensville Farmer’s Market
Location: 7248 Nolensville Road
Begins Saturday, May 2nd, running through October 31st
Hours: 8a-12p every Saturday
Over 30 vendors attend this market, selling everything from fresh produce to candles.

3. Thompson’s Station Farmer’s Market
Location: “The Barn” at Homestead Manor, 4683 Columbia Pike
Begins Wed, May 20th and runs through Oct 14th
Hours: 11:30a-6p every Wednesday
The Thompson’s Station Farmer’s Market has a new location this year–in the barn and on the grounds of the beautiful Homestead Manor.

4. Berry Farms Farmer’s Market
Location: Hughes Crossing,  in front of the Village Shops in Town Center of Berry Farms
Begins Tues, May 19th and runs through Oct 13th
Hours: 3p-7p every Tuesday

5. Forest Hills United Methodist Farmer’s Market
Location: 1250 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood
Begins Saturday, May 30th and runs through August
Hours: 8a-12p every Saturday
