Status: Opening Summer 2017

Traditions Senior Living LLC announced last spring a new senior living community in Williamson County: Traditions of Spring Hill.

Located at 3056 Miles Johnson Parkway, it will offer housing and care services for seniors who wish to remain active, but need assistance with daily tasks.

After about a year of construction, the project is nearing completion. It aims for a summer opening and is taking leases already.

The month-to-month lease includes three meals daily, housekeeping and laundry services, social events and transportation to local outings and appointments, plus 24-hour care and medication management.

Traditions of Spring Hill is licensed for 79 residents. Of those, 63 will be in assisted living, the other 16 will be in the memory care community.

The Memory Care community is for residents who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

This is a highly structured, secure environment, created to promote independence, socialization and quality of life. All residents living in the memory care community will receive the same services as assisted living, plus a structured program specifically designed to help those who suffer from memory impairment.

“We are dedicated to our mission of providing the best care to Traditions of Spring Hill residents, treating them with the utmost dignity and respect,” said Wes Bartlett, CEO.

“We feel strongly that residents of Traditions of Spring Hill will lead longer, healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives through our nurturing atmosphere with nutritious meals, social and physical activities, spiritual programs, and thought-provoking engagement.”

Traditions of Spring Hill is locally owned and operated. It is managed by Traditions Senior Living, LLC, located in Franklin, Tenn., which also manages other senior housing communities throughout the southeast region.

“The Spring Hill community has been enormously inviting to us. We have many friends there already who are looking forward to our collective success. We look forward to being a trusted resource for senior issues, as well as a positive contributor to the area,” said Bartlett.
