3. Macaroni Grill
Macaroni Grill, located at 1712 Galleria Boulevard in Franklin, closed in late June. The restaurants’ Facebook page, which has since been deleted of content, said at the time that it was permanently closed.
Currently, the property, owned by a Tennessee corporation called Casual Dining Cool Springs LLC is listed for lease. The agent in charge of finding a new tenant is The Shopping Center Group, one of the largest retail real estate services in the country.
As of now there are no immediate plans for what might replace Macaroni Grill.
