10. Liberty Green
In August, plans for a restaurant in The Factory at Franklin fell through.
The owner of Nashville’s The Pharmacy, Terry Raley decided not to continue with a project at The Factory called Liberty Green. The restaurant was to encompass the entire front right-hand corner of The Factory – the space where The Little Cottage and Lyrics Restaurant once occupied. They were to also develop patio space.
In talking with The Factory management, they told us that there is continued interest in all available spaces in The Factory suitable for office, retail, and restaurants. They would not confirm if there had been other meetings with prospective tenants for the Liberty Green space.
